Job summary

Paramount Tech is seeking an AI Platforms and Orchestration Lead to architect an enterprise AI orchestration framework, integrating automation, RPA, and multi-agent systems within Azure.

You will define secure, scalable MLOps infrastructure, lead distributed teams, and partner with product, data, and engineering to deliver reusable AI platform components while ensuring guardrails and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure architecture, AI platforms, or enterprise systems integration.
• Strong Azure cloud expertise including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-native deployments.
• Demonstrated technical-lead experience with distributed teams and enterprise-scale AI/automation solutions.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, or RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath).
• API-driven services development (FastAPI, YAML/JSON config), Docker, and cloud-native deployment.
• Observability/monitoring for distributed AI platforms and MLOps / model lifecycle management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and technical communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the AI orchestration layer connecting automation engines, AI agents, and enterprise applications.
• Build infrastructure pipelines supporting AI/ML deployment and Azure web services across cloud environments.
• Define and enforce standards for MLOps, APIs, observability, and compliance.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into reusable AI platform components.
• Ensure adherence to AI guardrails, SLAs, and security/compliance standards.
