Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with platform/infrastructure focus.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production with Claude Code, LangGraph, or similar.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge: pods, storage, RBAC, multi-cluster management.
• Strong Python production API experience with FastAPI/Flask.
• Distributed systems experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Proven CI/CD using GitLab CI and ArgoCD to Kubernetes.
• Experience designing AI data platform components and developer APIs.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWTs, and Vault-based secrets management.
• Leadership and cross-team collaboration with strong design-document skills.

Responsibilities

• Build platform services managing the full agent lifecycle from registration to deployment.
• Architect multi-tenant Kubernetes environments with namespace isolation and policy enforcement.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD for standardized agent builds.
• Create framework-agnostic infra supporting multiple agent SDKs and hooks.
• Operate Kafka pipelines and Redis Pub/Sub for real-time events.
• Design data ingestion, access interfaces, and storage powering AI agent knowledge.
• Implement session management for state persistence across conversations.
• Develop multi-layer auth (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and manage Vault secrets.
• Collaborate with security teams on compliance and access controls.
