Job Summary

We're seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise AI solutions for a growing agentic AI platform. Open at both Senior and Lead levels depending on experience, this hands-on role blends software development, platform architecture, and technical leadership to help evolve our client's platform from RAG applications into full agentic AI systems, with reasoning, orchestration, and autonomous workflows. This is a long-term, ongoing contract role with strong conversion potential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support production AI solutions
• Develop agentic workflows, tool integrations, and orchestration pipelines
• Build and evolve RAG and agent-based architectures
• Create evaluation frameworks to improve quality, groundedness, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade production software

• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and observability/tracing
