Job summary

Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Senior AI Developer to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and automation for our platforms, collaborating with internal teams to implement AI across tools and products.

You will work on enterprise SaaS automation, support a unified developer platform, and build low-code AI solutions for non-developers, leveraging modern cloud and AI stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing and deploying production-scale cloud solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent-based workflows for large language models.
• Proficiency with two or more of Python, TypeScript, CDK, SAP, GitHub, GitLab, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building automation solutions for enterprise SaaS solutions.

We approach solutions without mandating adoption but creating best in class tools that developers want to use. We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Senior AI Developer who focuses on delivering end to end solutions for our platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with internal teams to implement AI technologies in our tools and products

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years developing and deploying production scale cloud solutions; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent-based workflows for large language models.
• Proficiency with two or more of Python, Typescript, CDK, SAP, GitHub, GitLab, AWS
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC processes and procedures for cloud solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker AI for agentic solutions
• Deployment of AI and automation workloads for enterprise software solutions
• Experience with handling required settings in cloud accounts for deployed architecture

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
