Job summary

Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast unit seeks a world-class security leader to safeguard AI and cloud workloads, partnering with enterprise and platform teams to scale secure developer platforms across the company.

You will drive red-teaming, automated patching, and secure SDLC practices while balancing security, usability, and broad impact across Hasbro. The role focuses on AI workloads and enterprise security across the org.

Wizards is looking for someone who is a world-class leader of platform and cloud security, with a focus on securing AI workloads. You will be partnering closely with other enterprise and platform teams to lead how we secure our developer and AI platforms across the company. This person needs to be able to understand how to interact with and handle partner expectations while balancing security, ease of use, and broadest impact across the company. The developers on the team use heavy research based development to find the best solutions and mix of technologies in the rapidly growing field of AI.

What You'll Do:

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

$163,000 — $244,600 USD
