Job summary

D-Wave Quantum Inc. seeks an experienced AI Platform DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operate AI-powered tools and workflows that boost developer productivity and accelerate quantum computing advances.

You will integrate Bedrock, AI agents, n8n, ArgoCD, Artifactory and related services into scalable, secure pipelines, support CI/CD, on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, deploying, and operating cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure, DevOps platforms, or SaaS/PaaS.
• Hands-on production AI applications incl. LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of LLM stacks: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, context, tool use, evaluation, AI security.
• Experience with AWS generative AI technologies incl. Bedrock and AgentCore, plus orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate our internal AI tools platform.
• Streamline AI build processes and release management via CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate deployment pipelines for models, prompts, and evaluations; manage versioning and rollback.
• Participate in security reviews; design and implement security controls and configurations.
• Apply DevOps best practices to testing, monitoring, and reliability of the AI platform.
• Respond to operational incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
