Ancore Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking an AI Engineer 1 to design, develop, and govern AI/ML architectures for enterprise modernization.

You will contribute to model governance, data pipelines, and agentic AI capabilities while aligning with enterprise standards. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, build RAG architectures with vector DB integrations, and support monitoring, explainability, and drift management throughout the model lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or Data Science; Master preferred.
• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering or solution development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Python, ML frameworks, and API development.
• Understanding of AI governance and model lifecycle management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
• DOW 8140 certified

Responsabilidades

• Design and support AI/ML architectures and cloud-based data pipelines.
• Develop AI model governance frameworks, monitoring processes, and lifecycle management.
• Design agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and vector database integrations.
• Support explainability, bias detection, model performance monitoring, and drift management.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate AI into enterprise platforms.
• Support architecture governance reviews and technical assessments.
• Document AI architecture designs, standards, and implementation guidance.
