Job summary

Glia, the #1 Banking AI platform, is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide the Sudo collaboration team in Estonia and Poland. You will shape architecture, drive AI-enabled workflows, and mentor engineers across cross-functional squads.

The role demands deep production-language expertise (Elixir, Go, Ruby) and experience building secure, multi-tenant cloud systems. You will work in a remote-first company with offices in Tallinn and Tartu, available for hybrid collaboration if desired.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong architectural thinking with ability to design distributed, multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with production languages (Elixir, Go, Ruby) and containerized cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• AI fluency and experience with LLMs/agentic systems (tool calling, MCP or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, ambiguous projects from idea to production.
• Architect distributed, multi-tenant systems and define foundational patterns.
• Mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and shape the team’s technical direction.
• Collaborate across teams and ensure data privacy and security in integrations.
