Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in applied AI and enterprise architecture.
- Senior technical leadership experience, e.g., Chief Engineer or Principal Architect.
- Extensive healthcare domain knowledge with HIPAA/regulatory awareness.
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI architecture strategy across clinical, administrative, and operational domains.
- Partner with leadership to translate AI strategy into scalable architectures and standards.
- Advise on AI platform strategy, vendor evals, and cloud integrations (Azure, GCP).
- Create reference architectures for agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and FHIR data products.
- Lead governance, safety frameworks, testing methodologies, and AI observability standards.
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews to align with targets.
