Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years experience, Master’s 8 years or PhD with 4 years in related field.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and operate production-scale AI/ML systems.
• Strong experience in AI/platform engineering and scalable AI solutions.
• Experience with AWS services and enterprise data environments.
• Solid software engineering practices, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define AI engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Architect and build scalable, reusable AI platforms and developer tools.
• Lead production-grade AI solutions from ideation to deployment and retirement.
• Integrate AI platforms with AWS services and enterprise environments.
• Establish release management, observability, and incident response practices.
• Apply risk-based approaches to validation, privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Privacy, and stakeholders.
• Communicate tech tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate emerging tech and guide concepts to production.
• Mentor engineers and advance engineering maturity.
