Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Orchestration to own major product areas within Crusoe’s Managed Orchestration portfolio. Your scope includes Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, control-plane capabilities, node pools and health, managed add-ons, workload scheduling, Slurm on Kubernetes, and the APIs customers use to operate large-scale AI infrastructure.

You will lead end-to-end ownership from problem definition through launch and adoption, collaborating with engineering to turn complex

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience owning complex technical products or infrastructure initiatives from definition through delivery and iteration.
• Significant experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, workload orchestration, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own major orchestration product areas with end-to-end ownership including roadmap, outcomes, priorities, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop durable technical product designs, turning complex infrastructure problems into clear requirements and system behavior.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout discovery, design, implementation, and validation to resolve ambiguity and shape high-quality solutions.
• Establish a high product-quality bar by pressure-testing designs and evaluating edge cases and failure modes.
• Understand customers and operators to translate problems into useful product improvements.
• Make disciplined product investments by prioritizing work based on customer value, reliability, and cost, then measure outcomes.
• Coordinate across the cloud platform with infrastructure, networking, storage, identity, observability, capacity, and workload teams.
• Communicate clearly by producing precise requirements and documenting decisions for diverse stakeholders.
