Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking an Operations AI Engineer Staff- Level 4 to lead exploratory research, apply statistics, and deliver insights with business impact.

You will design experiments, develop predictive models, and operationalize AI solutions across production workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/AI/ML or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and foundational ML concepts, with ability to independently develop, train, and evaluate models.
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable AI architectures.
• Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) and containerization management (Kubernetes).
• Experience in leading software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute exploratory data analysis using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Develop, validate, and operationalize predictive models and algorithms that solve complex business problems.
• Interpret model results, create actionable visualizations, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize high-performance computing resources (GPU, distributed, cloud) to scale AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate scalable AI solutions into production workflows.
