Job summary
Crusoe is seeking a Production Engineer for our SDN-focused team, responsible for maintaining the reliability and scalability of Crusoe Cloud networking services that power AI workloads. You will build automated, self-healing tooling and work closely with network engineers to optimize overlays, service meshes, and data planes for large-scale clusters.
You will troubleshoot incidents with deep telemetry, tune performance, and contribute to fault-tolerant SDN backends for AI-first cloud
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in PE, systems, or networking engineering.
- Automation of network provisioning, configuration, and remediation.
Responsibilities
- Build automation and self-healing tools to monitor and maintain Crusoe's SDN infrastructure.
- Drive reliability initiatives: routing convergence, traffic engineering, fault isolation.
- Support user-facing networking services focusing on availability, latency, and performance.
- Investigate incidents using telemetry, flow logs, and packet analysis, and collaborate with kernel teams.
