EY is seeking senior engineers for the Advanced Forward Engineering (AFE) team to design, build, and deliver AI-native systems embedded with regulated clients, owning end-to-end delivery and acting as the technical authority on engagements. You will navigate real-world constraints, balance tradeoffs, and drive platform evolution while turning capabilities into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software in enterprise/regulate environments.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience with modern AI stacks (LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to frame problems under regulatory constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery from shaping to sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows and integrations.
• Write and review production-grade code aligned with delivery standards.
• Explain tradeoffs to stakeholders and ensure security/compliance.
