Job summary

RXNT is seeking an experienced engineer to help modernize our cloud-based healthcare platforms. You will own end-to-end technical challenges, architect AI-native solutions, and ensure ultra-reliable systems that healthcare professionals rely on for patient care.

You will work remotely in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, collaborating across product, engineering, and operations to deliver high-impact healthcare software with strong security and performance guarantees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production-grade software in complex, high-stakes environments.
• Strong CS foundation and ability to architect performant, scalable web apps.
• Experience with healthtech or similarly regulated domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem space: translate ambiguous product concepts into ML strategies and data features.
• Architect for healthcare: fine-tune multi-modal models and orchestrate AI agents with domain respect.
• Establish rigorous evals: define metrics and build evaluation frameworks for reliability.
• Ship & monitor: write production-grade Python and deploy scalable solutions with monitoring.
• Communicate & execute: align with stakeholders and deliver concise updates to leadership.
