Job summary

Mavvrik is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own end-to-end product capabilities from problem discovery to production. You will architect, implement, and iterate high-impact features using AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows.

We expect 6–12 years of hands-on software engineering, strong frontend/back-end skills (Angular, Node.js, TypeScript), and experience with REST/GraphQL, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 6–12 years hands-on software engineering with ownership of complex product initiatives.
• Proven experience designing scalable software architecture and leading end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development platforms (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or similar).
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated designs, code, tests, and recommendations.
• Experience with spec-driven development and creating technical specs/docs/ plans.
• Strong programming skills: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience building frontend apps with Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, security, scalability.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication, product mindset, and ability to work independently in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own complex product capabilities from problem definition through release and iteration.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture and design for workflows, integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend experiences.
• Apply spec-driven development with design docs, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and evolve platform architecture scalable across customers and data volumes.
• Build across the stack: Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, databases, cloud integrations.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows for design exploration, implementation, testing, and review.
• Evaluate trade-offs, risks, dependencies, scalability, security, usability, and cost.
