Sequencing seeks a senior AI-native Marketing Designer to expand creative across channels. You will partner with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and leadership to experiment with AI-powered workflows and push creative boundaries.

The role blends design, storytelling, and data-driven experimentation in a fast-moving startup environment, with a fully remote, globally distributed team. Your work will shape health-focused marketing experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, growth creative, or related fields.
• Exceptional visual taste and intuition for modern consumer internet aesthetics and performance.
• Curiosity around AI creative tooling and a desire to experiment with new tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative workflows (image, video, editing, storytelling).

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets across channels: paid social, landing pages, emails, lifecycle campaigns, and brand campaigns.
• Create high-performing creative for acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
• Generate and test a wide range of concepts, visual styles, hooks, narratives, and formats.
• Evaluate emerging AI tooling for image, video, motion, and production workflows.
• Produce motion graphics, video edits, and multimedia storytelling assets.
• Maintain landing pages and marketing surfaces; update assets as needed.
• Create marketing emails with layouts, templates, and graphics for different campaigns.
