Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior AI Native Engineer who embeds with clients to design, prototype, and deploy AI and ML solutions on the Databricks platform, guiding AI services initiatives and executive relationships. This forward deployed management role is hybrid and based in Irving, Texas, with a requirement for four days in the office and travel as needed.

You will architect AI native solutions on Databricks, establish lakehouse foundations, and lead workshops and proofs of concept across industries

Qualifications

• 10+ years on Databricks and large-scale big data projects with API layers exposing data and AI to enterprise systems.
• 10+ years in Python/Java with strong evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring and observability.
• 10+ years deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• 1+ year designing agentic AI solutions in production and experience with MLOps/LLMOps.
• 1+ year with agentic orchestration tools and Databricks AI tooling; experience with RAG and multi-agent systems.
• 1+ year experience with OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI and open source models.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Architect AI native solutions on Databricks using Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Model Serving, and Unity Catalog governance.
• Establish lakehouse data foundations to power production AI across client portfolios.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures for scalable AI native systems.
• Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions with client stakeholders.
• Define metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the ML and LLM lifecycle.
