Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to embed with clients, building agentic systems and scalable AI workflows in enterprise environments. You will design and deploy agentic platforms, partner with stakeholders to define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deliver robust, secure solutions across complex ecosystems.

You will work in a hybrid role in Columbus, OH with travel 25%–75%, collaborating with teams to scale AI-native engineering globally and shape enterprise adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, or 12 years of experience.
• 2+ years cloud-native engineering with APIs, microservices, containerization or serverless.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG) in production.
• 1+ year experience with OpenAI/Claude/Vertex AI or similar platforms.
• 3+ years in client-facing communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing and observability.
• AI Platform Integration across providers to enable seamless enablement.
• Cloud-Native Engineering using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Tailor workflows for vertical domains (finance, healthcare, retail).
• Lead design workshops and POCs with stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans for agent performance and cost.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation for internal assets and client roadmaps.
