Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to build and deploy agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a trusted technologist, shaping use cases, prototyping, and delivering robust, secure workflows that scale across complex infrastructure.

The role requires strong cloud-native experience, AI platform familiarity, and client-facing collaboration. A hybrid work model in Columbus, OH is expected with travel up to 25%–75% depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems and APIs.
• Minimum 1 year expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Minimum 5 years deploying to production — CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience leading technical workshops and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and tooling.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless patterns to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals and align with client business needs.
• Conduct workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
