Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineer to join our global team on a full-time basis. You will lead feature delivery using agentic development practices, shape development norms, and review AI-generated code for production readiness.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure correct and timely delivery in a B2B SaaS context, leveraging modern backend and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise or SaaS software in production environments.
• Fluent with agentic coding tools used in daily delivery scenarios.
• Proven track record shipping complex features end-to-end with genuine rigor.
• Experience with spec-first workflows, attestation practices, and SD/BDD.
• Strong UI/UX? no not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of spec and implementation standards for your feature area.
• Use agentic coding tools as standard across the full SDLC and drive AI-first practices.
• Apply rigorous review of AI-generated code and attestations before merge.
• Shape team norms for agentic development and responsible AI tool use.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product managers and QA.
