Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the enablement of state-of-the-art AI models on Snapdragon platforms. You will work across model architectures, quantization, and compiler‑runtime integration, shaping reusable solutions for the Qualcomm AI software stack.

You will mentor a small team, collaborate with AI Research and hardware teams, and own delivery across multiple model-enablement initiatives from analysis to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field with 4–8+ years of work experience.
• Strong background in AI/ML software development, model optimization, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for production software and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up and enablement of new model architectures on Snapdragon platforms.
• Analyze model graphs and gaps against AI accelerator backends.
• Design scalable model-enablement solutions with clear APIs and interfaces.
• Define quantization recipes, graph lowering, and backend-specific optimizations.
• Mentor engineers and drive multiple initiatives end-to-end.
