Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II for AI/ML transformation. The role focuses on leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across AI and infrastructure, coordinating with executives and engineers to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules.

You will drive data-driven decisions to support scalable transformation initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. You will join the AI and Infrastructure Programs team to mobilize teams, deliver scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of program management experience.
Experience with AI/ML projects, tools, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Set program vision and direction, working with cross-functional stakeholders to outline goals and objectives.
Drive the planning and implementation of strategic and transformational programs, working closely with leads and stakeholders across multiple functions. Establish goals, schedule and milestones. Proactively manage dependencies and anticipate/resolve execution issues.
Be the trusted owner of the status of your projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to executives and other stakeholders.
Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups in various locations and time zones. Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams.
Leverage your domain expertise, program management experience and leadership skills to help the team improve processes, accelerate program execution, and drive better quality, productivity and efficiency across the portfolio.
