Google in Mountain View is seeking a senior ML leader to design and implement an Ads-specific Gemini foundational model using reinforcement learning (RL) and supervised fine tuning (SFT). You will drive architecture decisions, prototype scalable data pipelines, and mentor engineers across multiple teams.

This role emphasizes building a standardized framework for scaling tasks, evaluations, experiments, and rapid iteration, while partnering with cross-functional teams in Ads, Search, and ML

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in Python/C++, ML infrastructure, and technical leadership.
• Preferred candidates hold a Master's or PhD and have deep familiarity with generative AI or Search/Ads infrastructure.
