The ideal candidate has a master's degree in a related field, 6 years of AI/ML experience (or 5 with a PhD), and a CAP certification, plus ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview

The AI/ML Specialist develops, deploys, and maintains artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions supporting mission-critical operational and analytical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models.
• Develop and test machine learning solutions.
• Support MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Evaluate AI technologies and use cases.
• Perform model validation, monitoring, and tuning.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
