JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Palo Alto to advance applied AI/ML solutions from prototype to production within a Global Banking business. You will work with product, business, and engineering partners to balance accuracy, latency, cost, and risk, delivering trustworthy AI in a regulated setting.

The role emphasizes practical, scalable ML systems, responsible AI, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, and Agile delivery.

Formación

• Three years of experience developing AI/ML applications or equivalent.
• Hands-on with large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and context management.
• Experience designing metrics, test sets, and experiments for non-deterministic outputs.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, information retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with classical ML and deep learning, including feature engineering and model validation.
• Proficiency in Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn) and generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience using version control, code review, and testing practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design, build, and iterate on generative AI and ML applications.
