Job summary

BizFirst is seeking a Software Data Engineer (AI/ML, RAG, LLMs) to join an Intelligence Community program onsite at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly, a strong background in AI-driven software, and experience delivering LLM/RAG work for mission systems.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools, analyze data structures, and apply prompt engineering to ensure reliable outputs. Strong Linux scripting skills are essential for automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with RAG and LLM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software systems based on AI requirements.
• Build AI-enabled solutions to automate work for mission users.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools for operational needs.
• Develop RAG solutions and deploy LLMs with prompt engineering techniques.
• Analyze data structures to support model and application design.
• Script and automate workflows on Linux using Bash, shell, or Python.
