Bring a PhD or Master’s, 5+ years in ML with 3+ in search/recommendation, strong Python/Java, PyTorch, Spark, and experience shipping models to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry ML experience with production shipping.
• 3+ years in search, recommendation or ads ranking.
• Advanced degree in a STEM field is required.

Responsibilities

• Build next-gen Search ranking algorithms with DL/ML advances.
• Leverage LLMs to extract multimodal signals for profiling.
• Collaborate across teams to improve ML models and ML Ops.
• Productionize natural-language search and discovery systems.
• Share best practices and mentor teammates.
