Faire, a technology wholesale platform, is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Scientist on the Brand Growth team in San Francisco. You will own modeling and measurement for brand acquisition and growth using structured and unstructured data, spanning personalization, LTV, and causal inference.

You'll partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and analytics to ship models that drive business impact, with opportunities for equity and comprehensive benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience applying ML to real-world problems.
• Experience with ecommerce domain.
• Experience with LTV modeling, NLP, LLMs, causal ML, and bidding optimization.
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Ability to design and implement ML solutions without supervision.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Own applied ML projects end-to-end: framing the problem, building the model, shipping, and measuring impact.
• Optimize marketing and acquisition spend for brand growth through targeting, lookalike audiences, and personalization.
• Predict brand lifetime value to prioritize leads for sales and onboarding.
• Improve cold-start recommendations and exploration to help new brands reach the right retailer audience.
• Identify and enrich brand leads from internal/external data for prioritization and personalization.
• Use experimentation and causal inference to measure effectiveness of growth levers.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and analytics to deploy models into production.
• Solve two-sided marketplace challenges.
