Job summary

Enlyte, via Mitchell, seeks an experienced Data Scientist to discover AI/ML opportunities across our product portfolio and guide product managers and engineers to realize value from AI/ML solutions.

You will design and optimize prompts for large language models, build and deploy ML models in production, and collaborate across functions to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions while staying current with the latest research.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Math/Statistics/CS with 6+ (MS) / 3+ (PhD) years of experience.
• 1+ years building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
• Experience with data warehouse, feature engineering, ML pipelines, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and practical explanations.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery of AI/ML opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Design prompts and optimize prompts for large language models.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy ML models in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts.
• Define best practices for ML pipelines, monitoring, and scalable deployment.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
