Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering production AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and MLOps.
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions: scoping, modeling, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into mathematical frameworks.
• Build GenAI, time series, optimization, or commercial analytics models.
• Ensure production readiness via MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring and cost optimization.
• Mentor peers and contribute to AI capability building.
