Lead cross-functional teams, enforce integration standards, and define lifecycle management for AI capabilities, ensuring clear responsibilities with AI Ops and a centralized authority for AI integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles.
• Deep experience in distributed systems architecture.
• Platform engineering or SRE experience.
• AI/ML systems at scale.
• Proven track record building and operating enterprise platforms.
• Experience integrating third-party and in-house AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• influence and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the AI ecosystem
• enforce integration patterns and standards across internal systems and third-party AI tools
• architect how AI systems operate in production environments
• define SLA/SLO frameworks for AI systems in partnership with AI Operations
• define standards for model and AI capability lifecycle management
• establish clear separation of responsibilities with AI Ops
• serve as the central authority on AI integration and operational architecture
