• Proven track record leading operations through transformation in tech/platform/shared services.
• Deep experience in change advisory processes, risk tiering, release governance and rollback authority.
• Strong background in monitoring, observability, notification design and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model for AI/ML production lifecycle from build to production.
• Build change management for models, pipelines, and agents including approvals and rollbacks.
• Establish ownership across Engineering, Ops, and Governance for production assets.
• Design and implement monitoring for performance, drift, latency, quality, and safety.
• Define SLOs/SLAs and develop on-call rotations and postmortem practices.
• Lead the pillar's KPI definition and reporting to senior leadership.
