Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Senior AI/ML Manager to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures. You will lead cross-functional teams to create scalable, secure AI applications in a remote, full-time capacity.

Required are 12+ years in AI/ML or related fields, strong ML knowledge, and hands-on cloud platform experience (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Proficiency in Python and LangChain/LangGraph workflows is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong ML algorithms, metrics, and model validation knowledge.
• Experience with agentic AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions using LLMs, agents, and RAG frameworks.
• Design scalable AI architectures with workflow orchestration, memory, and state management.
• Evaluate AI systems for quality, hallucinations, regression, and agent effectiveness.
• Integrate enterprise data sources and develop intelligent AI workflows.
• Deploy and manage AI applications using MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
