Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional ML experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/tech-lead role.
• CV expertise in computer vision for object tracking and real-time analytics.
• Advanced Python proficiency; familiarity with backend deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing data lifecycle and communicating AI concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performance infrastructures for real-time object detection and tracking (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Develop automated triage systems to prioritize and categorize data across projects.
• Architect multi-agent workflows coordinating data collection across projects.
• Lead engineers, enforce MLOps standards and production pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into actionable AI/ML roadmaps with project managers.
