Altamira Technologies Corp. seeks an experienced R&D Technical Lead to bridge AI/ML research and production-ready solutions.

You will guide teams from early-stage concepts through customer delivery, combining broad software engineering with strong AI/ML expertise to translate models into scalable architectures. The role emphasizes leading ML-driven object tracking, real-time analytics, and data-driven system automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years leading teams from research or prototyping through production deployment.
• Proven track record in developing computer vision models for object tracking and real-time video analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and high-performance languages (C++/Rust/Java) with familiarity of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience overseeing the full data lifecycle, from acquisition and cleaning to high-fidelity labeling.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, aligning project requirements to technical tasking.
• Design and implement scalable software systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities.
• Architect multi-agent workflows to coordinate data collection across projects.
• Lead a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, and set MLOps standards.
• Translate client requirements into actionable AI/ML roadmaps.
