The ideal candidate will mentor team members, drive AI initiatives, and collaborate with product managers to shape solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy).

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and developers to design and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on AI/ML initiatives, providing guidance to the team.
