Job summary

SOSi is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support a government customer in Chantilly, VA. The role requires active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and extensive experience in neural networks, RL, and MLOps pipelines. You will drive enterprise-scale AI model deployment and create strategy roadmaps to move research into operations.

Responsibilities include defining AI strategies and roadmaps, maturing TRL levels, and delivering production-ready analytics and AI/ML solutions leveraging GPU acceleration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, model interpretability, and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience productionizing data science capabilities into enterprise AI/ML applications with GPU.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical resource for advanced AI/ML architecture, responsible AI, and enterprise-scale model deployment.
• Define AI strategies and roadmaps supporting TRL progression from research to deployment.
