Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities to independently lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience modeling, analyzing, and validating manufacturing and inspection datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistical fundamentals applied to ML, defect detection, and monitoring.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing processes or related STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML, Factory Automation, APC, and FDC projects.
• Develop, deploy, maintain AI/ML apps, APC controllers, and FDC models to improve yield and throughput.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze manufacturing data from MES, process tools, sensors, and databases.
• Design ETL pipelines and data engineering workflows for advanced analytics and intelligent manufacturing.
• Translate process requirements into integrated AI/ML, automation, APC, and FDC solutions for fab-wide optimization.
• Support equipment integration using SECS/GEM, MES, and factory automation infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot automation, APC, FDC, data integration, and communications issues to ensure reliable operations.
