Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities to independently lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for high-pressure manufacturing environments.
• Experience modeling, analyzing, and validating complex manufacturing and inspection datasets.
• Solid understanding of statistics and their application to machine learning, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing processes; science/engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML, Factory Automation, APC, and FDC projects with high ROI in wafer fabs.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML apps, APC controllers, FDC models to improve yield, stability, throughput, and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data from MES, tools, sensors, and databases for advanced analytics.
• Design scalable ETL pipelines to acquire, cleanse, and integrate data for analytics and AI.
• Develop ML models and analytics for yield prediction, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and process control.
• Create predictive analytics, dashboards, and decision-support apps for data-driven decisions.
• Translate requirements into integrated AI/ML, automation, APC, and FDC solutions for processes and tools.
• Support equipment integration using SECS/GEM, MES, and factory automation infrastructure.
• Assist with new equipment installations and technology transfers by implementing automation, APC/FDC, and AI/ML solutions.
• Troubleshoot automation, APC, FDC, data integration, and communications issues to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Yield, and IT teams to improve yield, throughput, OEE, and productivity.
