Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered AI applications in production environments. You will build RAG solutions with embeddings, vector databases, and effective information retrieval, and maintain models throughout their lifecycle with governance, guardrails, tracing, monitoring, and retraining strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in AI/ML, 7+ years in software development, and 4+ years deploying AI solutions, including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, machine learning, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong experience building production-grade LLM or Agentic AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered AI applications in production environments.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval techniques.
• Develop, train, evaluate, monitor, and maintain machine learning models throughout the model lifecycle.
• Establish AI governance practices including guardrails, tracing, model evaluations, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
