Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions that modernize mission systems and accelerate decision-making within national security.

You will work across data processing, model development, MLOps, and integration into operational environments, leveraging NLP/LLM, computer vision, and scalable software practices. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing ML models (NLP/LLM/CV/ RL).
• 5+ years in AI/ML in a microservice stack.
• Experience building production-grade APIs/microservices.
• Experience with data processing libraries (NumPy/Pandas/PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying software in operational environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, and CV models.
• Build scalable data pipelines for training, evaluation, and improvement.
• Create end-to-end production systems with microservices and APIs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into operational environments with security and reliability.
• Perform model optimization, versioning, and AB testing.
