Job summary

SaidGig is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deploy LLM-based systems. You will build scalable APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and AWS, while integrating LangChain to enable advanced model interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will translate complex problems into practical engineering solutions.

Applicants should have deep knowledge in mathematics or physics and demonstrate strong communication skills to document progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or demonstrated expertise in mathematical/quantitative sciences/physics.
Expert-level Python for AI/ML engineering.
Experience deploying, fine-tuning, and integrating LLMs.
Strong experience with AWS cloud-native ML workflows.
LangChain experience to chain LLMs and multi-step reasoning.
Solid knowledge of FastAPI for scalable API development.
Excellent written and verbal communication of technical topics.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions centered on LLMs using Python and AWS.
Architect scalable APIs and microservices with FastAPI.
Integrate LangChain and AI frameworks to support model-interaction capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate quantitative problems into engineering solutions.
Apply mathematics, statistics, or physics to improve model performance and reliability.
Maintain code quality, documentation, and peer review.
Communicate technical concepts and project progress in writing and discussion.
