Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, Senior to collaborate with mission users and translate complex, time‑sensitive workflows into AI‑enabled capabilities for national security programs.

You will design LLM‑powered workflows and agent‑based automation, integrate AI systems with APIs and data stores, and ensure production reliability while meeting security, governance, and TS/SCI clearances requirements in classified environments.

Qualifications

• Experience capturing user workflows and translating them into structured process maps or executable logic.
• Experience designing or implementing LLM-based or agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning and tool integrations.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, enterprise data stores, or mission platforms.
• Experience with Python programming.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering in cyber/national security environments, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
