The role emphasizes NLP, LLMs, CV, and hybrid systems with explainable models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade systems while meeting security and accreditation needs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years developing ML models (NLP/LLM/CV/ RL).
• 5+ years building AI/ML capabilities in a microservice stack.
• Production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems experience.
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying software in operational environments.
• CI/CD tooling and GitLab; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models (NLP/LLM, vision).
• Build scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation.
• Develop end-to-end production systems (microservices, APIs, automation).
• Integrate AI/ML into operational environments with security and reliability.
