Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications in Boston. You will drive model development, optimize pipelines, and integrate intelligence into production systems using Python, PyTorch, and cloud platforms.

We expect 7–10+ years in AI/ML, expertise in NLP and Generative AI, and hands-on experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML or software development.
• Expert Python and SQL programming.
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistics.
• Experience building LLM apps and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG, vector DBs, embeddings.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
• Strong MLOps, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for complex enterprise needs.
• Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Design NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI applications.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs with enterprise data.
• Establish model evaluation strategies for accuracy and reliability.
• Develop automated ML pipelines and production deployment workflows.
• Optimize inference, scalability, and resource usage.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide dev teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
