Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead building and deploying enterprise AI solutions. You will work across ML/DL, MLOps, GenAI, and agentic AI, translating business problems into scalable models and secure deployments.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and data teams, design end-to-end pipelines, and ensure observability and responsible AI practices while deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI engineer who can take a use case from problem definition to production.
• Mentoring and strong communication, system-design and collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI applications and end-to-end AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end ML/DL solutions.
• Build and productionize ML models with appropriate algorithms.
• Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for training, deployment and monitoring.
• Build Generative AI apps using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering and RAG.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions with AI agents and tool calls.
• Integrate AI with enterprise APIs, databases and knowledge sources.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Implement AI observability, security, guardrails and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data and business teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI architecture and strategy.
