Plain Concepts is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions across international projects. You will lead end-to-end ML pipelines, leverage NLP and CV techniques, and collaborate in a flat, agile team. Remote-friendly with a focus on cutting-edge AI and production-grade software engineering.

The role emphasizes production ML, MLOps, and cloud integration, with opportunities for mentorship and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/DS.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
• Experience building end-to-end AI-powered software products.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or similar).
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Testing as an essential part of development (unit/integration).
• Deep background in NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on ML lifecycle to production deployment and scalable pipelines.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot in real workflows.
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).

Responsibilities
