You will ship multi‑agent AI, integrate with internal systems, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes at CBRE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Experience shipping AI/ML systems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with product managers or business stakeholders.
• Degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI frameworks and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Build RAG pipelines, prompt chaining, and enterprise memory systems.
• Develop enterprise knowledge graphs and ontology schemas.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models with MLOps.
• Create AI‑driven insights for account intelligence and analytics.
• Develop conversational AI and robust dialogue systems.
• Ensure AI safety, governance, and production observability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and document architecture.
