Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize production-grade AI systems powering enterprise intelligence. The role centers on agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, and scalable ML pipelines, with strong collaboration across product and business stakeholders.

You will deploy LLM-based solutions, manage model lifecycles, and ensure governance and safety in production. This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role at CBRE Data & Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Proven track record shipping AI/ML systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with product managers or business stakeholders, not just engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI frameworks including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous task execution systems.
• Lead enterprise knowledge graph and ontology design, including schema and entity relationships.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines with MLOps tooling and CI/CD integration.
• Develop AI-driven insights and analytics to surface actionable trends from large datasets.
• Architect and fine-tune conversational AI and multi-turn dialogue systems using LLMs.
• Ensure AI safety, governance, and quality through evaluation frameworks and observability.
